1. About Scrap2Cash
Scrap2Cash provides a platform to request scrap collection from independent local collectors. A booking request is not a guarantee of availability or a commitment to sell.
2. Price and weighing
Rates displayed on the platform are indicative and may change with local market conditions and material quality. The collector must explain the final rate and weight before the sale. You may decline the offer before collection is completed.
3. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate contact and address details, ensure someone authorised is available at the pickup, and only offer items you are legally entitled to sell. Do not include hazardous or prohibited materials without prior approval.
4. Pickups and payment
Pickup times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather or availability. Payment is arranged directly at pickup after you approve the final amount. Check the payment amount before confirming completion.
5. Platform availability
We may update, suspend or discontinue features as the service develops. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes affecting booked pickups.
