What kind of scrap do you collect?
We collect paper, newspapers, books, cardboard, plastic, glass, metals, appliances, e-waste, batteries and mixed household or office scrap. If you're unsure about an item, add a note when booking.
Do I need to pay for pickup?
No. There is no booking or pickup fee for regular home pickups in our service area.
How do I know the price is fair?
Indicative category rates are shown on our rates page. Your collector confirms the live price before weighing. You can decline if the price doesn't work for you.
When and how do I get paid?
Payment is made by your collector after you approve the final amount. Confirm the payment method and amount at the time of collection.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Contact support or your assigned collector as soon as possible so we can update the pickup.
What if my area is not covered?
We are starting in Hyderabad and expanding area by area. Share your details on the booking form and our team can follow up when service is available.
Can I book a bulk or business pickup?
Yes. Mention the business type, approximate volume and any access requirements in booking notes. Our team will coordinate an appropriate pickup.
