We use your information to schedule and fulfil pickups, connect you with a collector, provide booking updates, process support requests, improve our service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
3. Sharing
Pickup details are shared with the assigned collector only as needed to fulfil your booking. We may use infrastructure and service providers (such as hosting, authentication and storage providers) under appropriate safeguards.
4. Location and photos
Location is optional and accessed only after you request it. Photos are optional and used to help estimate your pickup. Avoid uploading identity documents or sensitive personal information as scrap photos.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above or required by law. We use access controls and security measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
